My Supports
My greatest support is My Faith, My Family, and My Friends.
I believe that my religion and faith in God is the reason I am where I am today. In this world called life my relationship with God is my strongest support. I have not gone through anything in my life without God being by my side. I thank God for his favor over me and I thank my parents and grandparents for instilling in me the values of praying, reading the Bible and learning how to trust and believe in Jesus.
My family is my biggest support on this planet :) Without my families love and acceptance, I would not be as strong and confident as I am today. My family pushes me to be the best person that I can be. They always have my back and support my dreams and goals, my family is everything to me, without them I would be lost. :(
My friends are my role models they inspire me and help make life more fun.;) I thank God for the friends that he has put in my life because they have been there for me through the good and the bad and I appreciate their support and love.
I believe that having support from people that have your best interest is truly a blessing. The positive benefits is having someone to lean on, laugh with, and share special memories. It can be difficult to not have a support system because life is too challenging to go through it alone. Having friends, family, faith, and support can make this thing called life just a little bit more easier. ;)

ReplyDeleteFaith, family and friends are also my support system. My faith is my rock. A relationship with God is essential for success. Well at least that is my belief. I look up to my friends because they have made it through difficult circumstances and manage to always move forward.
ReplyDeleteEmma, I too believe that God is the reason for the season:) Without God religion faith family and friends I can't imagine going thru life. Life has it's ups and downs and we as humans need to believe in something better, with positive people encouraging and inspiring us we can make living on this earth a little bit better.

ReplyDeleteYour blog on "supports" is spot on. I share your views about family ,faith and friends. For me, my connection to God through my conscience or the voice of His Spirit within me is an invaluable and indispensable source of strength and support around which other supports are woven. Truly, "God is the reason..." for every good in my life. In gratitude of His unrelenting support, I try to be supportive of others wherever I go in whatever way I can. Like Saint Augustine of Hippo says “Thou hast made us for thyself, O Lord, and our heart is restless until it finds its rest in thee.”

DeleteHello Nicole let me tell you I really enjoyed your post. Like you I know that God is the reason why I have come thus far and I am so grateful that he has never given up on me. Your post is exactly what this assignment was supposed to be, I loved the images that you used. Next to God's support is my family and friends. If it wasn't for them I would be so pitiful they motivate during times likes this when I am going through and just want to give up. I love reading your work each week you are such an inspiration to me, great job!

My grandmother always said we only get one life you better enjoy it while it last ;)
