Quotes about my
WISDOM, PASSION, and MOTIVATION
I really love the quote "Involve me and I learn". My best learning experiences always come from classes that engage students in a meaningful way with great teacher-student relationships. I can't help but laugh at how many times my family members will "tell me" things and I always "forget", especially when they use "nagging" strategy.....
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you Toni, I love when teachers are so engaged with the children's activities that the climate becomes an intentional learning environment and the children do not even realize that they are actually "learning" while "playing". I personally think that all learning should be fun, meaningful, and interesting. :)
DeleteWahooo i really love the quotes 'Follow your passion,it will lead you to your purpose' i was so excited when i ready it and say to my self that my passion will lead me to my purpose on day.'Children are like wet cement whatever falls on them makes an impression' because children are like eggs in our hands so we should handle them with care ,love and passion so that they will have close conact and connection with us.
ReplyDeleteThank You Chioma, yes children are like fragile eggs that we must hold and mold, handling them with gentle ease and care, preparing them to fly high in the sky and soar like an eagle.
DeleteYour first quote by Susan Bredekamp is really wonderful."Children benefits more from teachers who have the skills, knowledge and judgement to make good decisions and are given the opportunity to use them". As teachers, we are meant to develop our skills, knowledge and sense of judgement in order for our children to benefit from us.
ReplyDeleteNichole,
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your quotes. I enjoyed reading them all. My favorite is the first one you posted from Susan Bredekamp. I like that it sates teachers have skills and knowledge and can make a difference if given the chance to use their skills. More times than not teacher are restricted as to what they can do and how they can use their skills. Sometimes the restrictions is a loss for the children.
Nicole I enjoyed reading your quotes especially the first one stating, "Children benefit more from teachers who have the skills, knowledge and judgement to make good decisions and are given the opportunity to use them." I really like it because so often people are uneducated and over worked and underpaid in this field but when you give someone the education and the opportunity to give the children their best they can do great things.
ReplyDeleteHello
ReplyDeleteAt a certain age the little one has to be introduced to more and deeper learning outside the home environment. The formal coaching of a child by individuals other than the caregivers as well as in an environment away from home is what makes up early childhood education.Look about: diploma of early childhood education and care
